Ceramicadda.com has the following terms and conditions regarding Exchange of products.

A customer can claim a replacement in case of any of the following:

Replacement Conditions

1) Damaged Product Received : In case of damaged product, refund can be claimed. The procedure to claim refund is as follows :
– please ensure that you shoot an unboxing video of the package and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. Also, make sure that the video is authentic and not staged in any way. Videos with any unusual cuts and edits will not be entertained.
– We usually respond to such queries within 12 hours. Upon approval of your unboxing video, the replacement will be processed by the team.


2) Missing Item : In case of a missing item, you can exchange the order. The procedure for claiming the refund is the same as the damaged product (kindly refer to the damaged product received section above). Otherwise, you can also get the missing item instead of the refund, and the same would be clubbed with your next order from Ceramicadda.com.

3) Return To Office (RTO) : In case of RTO from the customer’s end, the refund can be claimed. However, this refund would be processed after deduction of shipping and packaging charges. In case, the customer wants a new attempt for the parcel to be delivered, then shipping charges will be applicable.

Please Note – We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. We would be happy to reship the package if the customer bears the shipping fee.

 

Return

In case a customer wishes to return the product, we have the following regulations for the same:

1) The Reverse Shipment Charges have to be borne by the customer.

2) Pickup needs to be arranged by the customer.

3) Replacement of the product is done after we receive the product in good condition.

4) Sale Days- Sale Products are not eligible for returns/replacements. Only Damaged / Missing items cases will be accepted for the assistance.

5) Stock Clearance Items- Stock clearance items can’t be replaced / Returned. NO REFUND/REPLACEMENT applicable for stock clearance products. Only Damaged/Missing items cases will be accepted for the assistance.

Replacement-Refund : Additional shipping and packaging charges are applicable to receive the replacement of the parcel.

Ceramicadda.com collaborates with outsourced manufacturers. Our products are sourced directly from these manufacturing units and local vendors. We conduct rigorous quality checks, ensuring that only certified products reach you. We take full responsibility for the quality of the delivered items. We welcome all concerns and questions regarding the authenticity and quality of our products. While we strive to address your queries about usage, breakage, and functionality, due to our extensive customer base and diverse product range, we may not be able to address every complaint. Therefore, if you encounter any such issues, please contact us within fifteen days of delivery.

Please note that after this period, we will not be able to entertain any further concerns regarding quality or functionality.
